I got this the other day and tried it on today. The color is so strange (on me)! I'm NC20 (winter)-25 (summer) but the Tan Blush 104 is soooo dark. I look like I fake-baked big time. I'm in Australia and am going into winter too.
Anyone else have this problem too? It looked so amazing on your skin, and I thought we had similar skintone =( I can't believe I can't even wear the lightest shade. And I was even thinking of getting Tan Gold. So sad.

Thanks for the comment…I am so sorry that it is translating as much darker on you…that is so odd because I am truly at a NC 23 or so right now and it doesn't turn dark at all. I guess everyone's skin can react differently to a product…for example, my skin makes every shade of the MUFE Pro-Finish powder turn dark and orange (even one of the lightest shades #117!). It is crazy!
I haven't heard that it is dark for anyone who has checked in with me about this (one reader did say that it looked lighter/chalkier than she expected) yet…I sure hope you will be able to wear this in the summer at least. Also, perhaps using a lighter powder over it (like Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light) might get it to a more manageable shade in the meanwhile?

Snap, I had the same idea! I used Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light over it and it toned it down a little but not by much. I will use a proper setting powder tomorrow and see how that goes.
Yeah, I do agree about foundations/bb creams reacting differently to other people. I have a lot of experience with that occurring. However, this was immediate, not an oxidization? (I'm just sounding it out and problem solving out loud, what do you think)I guess I'll have to reverse my powders if I do continue to use this. I usually use bronzer but with this fake bake look there is no way I can use a bronzer. Though the darkness is quite stark.
Excellent! Glad to know that Diffused was a tiny bit effective! If it went on dark the instant that you applied, it may just be that it's not the ideal shade, however, I have had foundations that look right on my wrist, look dead wrong (darkness-wise) on my face…perhaps it's the immediate contact with my pores/oils?! At any rate, I hope you continue to find ways to make this work before summer arrives for you!
