Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Shopping Guide: On Location Edition

Greetings from Arizona! I am currently on location for a special project with the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort and Sisley-Paris (more to come soon!) and am so excited to bring you my picks from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale from the beauty of this desert gem.

Many thanks to my mom and BP assistant Laura for shooting all of this content with me after a long day of travel…grateful to have her on my team.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Shopping Guide: On Location Edition

This time around, I focused on finding timeless pieces that would feel like a fresh infusion to my current closet situation while seamlessly blending with my existing wardrobe.

//OUTFIT #1 //

This silk L’Agence Camille Blouse is a classic in a stunning soft blue (wearing a L for an oversized fit) and the body conscious L’Agence Sabine High Waist Pants (in a size 27) are slimming yet comfortable and have a wax finish that looks like leather while still being breathable. I also adore the gold zipper detailing on the ankles. And, FYI, am wearing my beloved Schutz Clear Slides with every outfit in this post.

It was love at first sight with these Alix NYC Shorts, that aren’t a part of the sale but well worth the pursuit. The flouncy fit and high waist create a lovely hourglass shape and the material itself is lightweight and luxe. Then I paired them with the highly-rated and currently on sale True Body Racerback Bra and my priciest Anniversary Sale find, the L’Agence Kenzie Double Breasted Boucle Blazer, which at under $400, is beautifully crafted and a piece that I will also wear often and forever.

Speaking of wearing it often, I wore the Kenzie Double Breasted Boucle Blazer over a classic tank and jeans in the photos above and below. These Re/Done 90’s Jeans (worn in a 27) have a soft high waist to hold everything in and a soft stretch that feels ever so comfortable and this Re/Done Hanes Tank (in a size medium) is a solid closet staple.

//OUTFIT #4 //

Denim and (faux) leather forever with this BlankNYC Cinched Back Denim Shirt, which has intriguing stitching on the back for a fitted look (wearing a medium). I put it together with the Free People Faux Leather Wrap Skirt (in a size 6), which has interesting ruching and a relaxed edginess.

Classic on every level, the Club Monaco Mini Dress (in a size medium) is instant sophistication without the slightest bit of fussiness. These Prada Etiquette sunglasses (under $200!) felt so right with the dress for a modern take on “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and the detailing on the edges is subtle yet special.

//OUTFIT #6 //

Oversized with beautiful lines (wearing size small), this Madewell Ribbed T-Shirt Dress in Golden Pecan is instant minimalist style. I added these Fendi Sunglasses in Dark Havana (also under $200!), which feel absolutely modern.

//OUTFIT #7 //

For casual moments, these Frame Le Brigette Shorts, which have a mid-rise and slightly relaxed fit, are perfection. I threw on a BP Colorblock Sweatshirt (love the beige and green combination) for a cozy feel that looks much more elevated and expensive than it is (under $30!).
