Happy Friday, lovelies! The highly anticipated Sephora VIB Sale for VIB Rouge cardholders begins today and runs through 11/7 and the sale will open up for all VIB members on 11/11 and run through 11/14, offering a 20% discount with the code 20ROUGE!
In honor of this momentous event, I am excited to share a first look at all of the new shades of the *Surratt Beauty Artistique Eye Shadow and Blush (36 in all…they just launched at Sephora this week!) as well as a shopping list of beauty and skincare favorites (with swatches, of course). It is my sincere hope that you find this post helpful and inspiring as you plan your engagement in the sale.
Kindly scroll on for more details, swatches and images of the products in action as well as the Bottom Line…
The new Surratt Beauty Artistique Eyeshadow shades.
Finely milled and wildly pigmented, the *Surratt Beauty Artistique Eyeshadow(also reviewed HERE and HERE) has just added 24 new shades to its already extensive lineup; ranging from the palest eggshell to the richest midnight, these eye shadows are breathtakingly beautiful, blend like a dream and resist creasing, even after the course of a long day. I have loved them since the line’s launch three years ago and am over the moon at the extended offerings!
47 Chocolat Noir: Bittersweet chocolate with a shimmer finish
48 D.O.W.: Duke of Windor Blue with a shimmer finish
Surratt Beauty Artistique Blush.
Building on an already resplendent collection of tones, the Surratt Beauty Artistique Blushrange (also reviewed HERE and HERE) gained twelve new shades for a robust wardrobe of cheek options. From a formula standpoint, this blush is silky and weightless, creating gossamer veil of color that instantly melds into skin…it is for these reasons that I use it multiple times a week!
Besame Cosmetics Red Matchbook…each of these little matchsticks is drenched in a classic red lip color that is pigmented and creamy. Talk about convenient!
GrandeLIPS Hydrating Lip Plumper (also reviewed HERE)…I have serious love for this lip plumper because I notice results in seconds, each and every time I use it.
Makeup Eraser Mini…this powerful cloth removes even the most intense makeup with just water. Brilliant.
MILK MAKEUP Ubame Mascara in Inked…jet black and lush, this mascara boasts lash friendly ingredients and major impact.
Wander Beauty Carryon Lip and Cheek Mini in Pink City…this multi-tasking retractable pencil is great for adding a neutral pink, ultra-natural flush to cheeks and lips alike.
*IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye Illumination Full Coverage Anti-Aging Concealer in Medium: I have been using a lot of this Sephora exclusive lately as it truly covers the darkness I get from not sleeping as much as I’d like to. The shades run quite light and Medium is a perfect tone to brighten my under eye region…the formula is so effective without looking conspicuous. Just what one wants for the orbital region!
*Dior Capture Totale Dreamskin Perfect Skin Cushion: This tinted formula comes in a convenient compact and offers light coverage that is great for casual skin days or as a protective base with marvelous SPF 50. I will be doing a full feature on this unique product soon ; )
*Formula X The System Gel-Like Nail Set: Featuring a four-step manicure with a customizable color options (decide when you order!), this quartet leaves my nails nourished, glossy and impervious to the nicks of life.
*Stila Stay All Day Lip Liner in Pink Moscato and Rose: Retractable and extremely long lasting, these clever lip liners have lush pigmentation; Pink Moscato is a light mauvey pink and Rose is a peachy pink nude.
Giorgio Armani Lip Magnets in #502 Mania and #503 Glow: I am utterly enamored with the weightless texture and full color payoff of this new lip color formula. Equal parts lip color, stain and gloss, this hybrid feels like nothing and looks amazing. Mania is a gorgeous cool baby pink and Glow is peachy coral for serious impact. I am also wearing the dark purple Attitude at the end of this post. Full feature with more shades in the works!
The following images reflect the products in action in afternoon sunshine…the first look is casual and the second is dramatic:
Bottom Line: I hope you enjoyed this post! I had such a blast swatching all of the glorious new shades of the *Surratt Beauty Artistique Eye Shadow and *Artistique Blush and would love to hear about what caught your eye as well as what is on your radar for the Sephora VIB Sale!
Remember, VIB Rouges have exclusive access through the 7th and the sale opens for VIBs on 11/11 and runs through 11/14. Consequently, I suggest shopping early and often to ensure you’re getting the most from the promotion.
Good things ahead, including a fresh FOTD and a host of new product procurements…xx,
Delicious post, Rachel. Are all the new colors of Surratt blush shimmery? It kind of looks that way from the photos but not quite sure. I think the original colors were all mattes…
Thanks so much, Teadivamuse! It is good to hear from you!
With regards to your question, no, not all the new colors of the Surratt Blush are shimmery. In fact, only Barbe A Papa, Cherubique, Halo, Flame, Coupe de Genie and Angelique (6 of the 12) are shimmery and the other 6 (Classique, Tu me Fais Rougir, La Rosee du Soir, Brilliant Idee, Peau de Peche and Chaleur) are a velvety matte finish!
