I’ve been taking vitamins as long as I can remember. From the delicious chewable Vitamin C to maintain my immune system in elementary school to the less-than-palatable Vitamin B Complex to combat stress of my high school years, my parents taught me that one could often find the remedy for most maladies in nature. While I still am committed to a supplement regimen, sometimes taking a handful of vitamins with a giant glass of whole milk is not realistic (or enjoyable!) in my rushed morning routine before I head off to work.
Consequently, when given the chance to try vitafusion™ gummy vitamins, I was duly intrigued. Would they taste as good as the vitamins of my childhood? Would I still feel the benefits and nutritional support to which I was accustomed to over the course of a busy day?
Kindly scroll on for more details on my vitafusion™ experience as well as the Bottom Line…
All three tasted amazingly good–like a fruity treat–and I found that they integrated effortlessly into my week, especially on those days when time was not on my side!
I started my day with the vitafusion™ Gorgeous Hair, Skin and Nails. Three berry-flavored gummies offer the benefits of a complete multivitamin while containing Biotin (a supplement I’ve taken for years) to support healthy hair and nails provide antioxidants C (the very same vitamin is present in much of the skincare about which I write) to support collagen production. Although my love for applying makeup is no secret, I think it is more important to nourish external beauty internally, because when you feel good, it comes through on the outside!

I am a fairly even tempered but once in while, my mood is affected by the stress of my responsibilities–teaching, grading, meetings, shooting product, events and, of course, a copious amount of writing—all take their toll when time is of the essence. In turn, the tropical-flavored
vitafusion™ Relaxed Mood is a fascinating option.A serving of two gummiescontain L-Theanine to help calm and relax one’s spirits.*

Finally, the vitafusion™ Beauty Sleep has a delicious cherry-vanilla (my favorite!) flavor and features melatonin, which is known to encourage a more restful sleep and Vitamin D, which is excellent for bone health and immunity.* Although I generally don’t have any trouble falling asleep after a typically long day, two gummies before bed offered me an absolutely restful slumber.* I don’t know about you, but when I get a substantial night of sleep, I find that make up feels like less of a necessity!
I combined the restful qualities of the vitafusion™ Beauty Sleepwith some other recent pre-bed rituals including:
Erno Laszlo White Marble Sheet Mask
Kate Somerville Goat Milk De-Puffing Eye Balm (reviewed HERE)
Bottom Line: And that has been my experience with the vitafusion™ gummies…I now understand why they are distinguished as the #1 adult gummy on the market. While they will not entirely replace the vast contents of my vitamin cabinet, otherwise known as the “apothecary,” I have found that they are an excellent way to get the nutrients my body so relies upon, especially when short on time!
What do YOU do to feel good inside and out? Are vitamins a part of your daily routine? Which ones do you find essential? Do share!

Hi Rachel! I have been taking Biotin for the last 2 years. I have noticed that my hair is much better. I also take Vitamin D, calcium and fish oil. The fish oil has a lemon flavor and is high in the Omega oils. Love the post about health. We girls need to get our beauty from the inside, as well!
Loved this post and found it really informative. As one who cannot swallow pills without hiding it in ice cream or some kind of candy, gummies are the only kinds of vitamins I can take (lol).
The Gorgeous Hair/Skin/Nails sounds right up my alley. I would also seriously consider trying the Beauty Sleep ones but am not a fan of cherry flavors – however I just took a look at their website and WOW there are so many good reviews on that one, I may just have to give it a try.
