Continuing my newfound love affair with the Rouge Bunny Rouge line, this review is for the Forever Yours…Long-Lasting Lip Pencil in Vasco.

Retailing for $23, this is described as a cherry blossom powder pink. Since I am always on the hunt for a pale lip liner (to compliment the myriad of pale lipsticks I own and treasure), Vasco seemed like a reasonable option. The beautyhabit.com website explains the product as follows:
Advanced technology in this long-wearing pencil delivers a formula with an instant release of intense color, smooth glide-on and a precise application. The synergic action of gellified systems, special polymers and waxes provides a most comfortable and semi-permanent colour. Once dry, the colour will last the whole day and is waterproof too!

In my opinion, Vasco is a smooth, light pink with neutral pink undertones. It applies in a weightless manner…it just glides on with no pulling or dragging…and truly does last at least 3-4 hours of regular wear.

Not surprisingly, I am beyond pleased with Vasco; its texture and tone is unprecedented and its moisturizing lasting power is a feat of science. Highly recommended!
