Hello dear readers…I hope your week is going well! Since I’ve recently had more time at home, I have been playing with dogs (more on that in a moment!) and taking advantage of the host of summer sales at my favorite retailers…a purchase here, a purchase there and everything reflective of a major discount. Below is a rundown of my favorite online destinations currently running sales:
- Giorgio Armani Beauty is having their 20% Friends and Family sale now through 6/30. I recommend the Sun Fabric Bronzer #100 (reviewed HERE) and the Cheek Fabric Blush in #503 Daybreak (reviewed HERE) as excellent starting points.
- The Neiman Marcus sale features a wide expanse of marked-down merchandise with an additional 25% off…I recently picked up a nude-toned blouse by Equipment and a leather skirt by Trina Turk for a song!
- Even before the hotly anticipated Anniversary Sale (early access begins on 7/10), Nordstrom has a fantastic selection of on sale clothing one can wear right this minute! I bought a few dresses and blouses from the Savvy department that are perfect for both summertime leisure and my work environment.
- Barney’s NY is in the midst of a massive sale…I’m embracing elements of my “everyday uniform” including leather shorts, skinny jeans and lightweight sweaters.
- The Saks Fifth Avenue Designer Sale boasts up to 60% off of a variety of designer merchandise. I took advantage of the deep discounts on shoes!
- Top Shop US is offering an extra 30% off sale items. I currently have my eye on the Pleated Tiered Playsuit and Satin Animal Playsuit ; )

Onto the puppy news…my brother, Seth, recently got a Wheaton Terrier! His name is Jasper and he is endlessly adorable. We are working to socialize Jasper and Jethro as much as possible this summer; Jethro has been used to being an “only child” as of late and watching the two together is a kick.
