Harnessing the powers of Hungarian thermal water, the Omorovicza line is ever so intriguing. Over the last year or two, I have been completely enamored with the marvelous Blue Diamond Resurfacing Peel (discussed HERE and HERE) and BB Complexion Perfector in Medium (discussed HERE) and my success with said products has encouraged me to try other options from the line. Lately, I have been loving three powerful products from the Moor Mud Collection…cleansing, exfoliating and deep cleaning/masking has never been so streamlined and easy!
Kindly scroll on for more details, images and the Bottom Line with an exclusive 20% Omorovicza promo code for Beauty Professor readers…
Above: One of the most uniquely satisfying ways of cleansing, the Therma Cleansing Blam feels lush and silky while thoroughly doing its job.
The *Thermal Cleansing Balm is a fascinating way of cleansing…the silky texture feels like a smooth gel-cream and somehow, it miraculously removes makeup and dirt effortlessly. At the end of a long day (what days aren’t long, I ask?), this experience is becoming somewhat of a cleansing ritual for me…I appreciate how balanced my skin feels afterwards. It’s as if I’ve applied skincare, except I haven’t even officially reached that step in my process. Brilliant!
This award-winning black balm cleanses without stripping, removes all impurities and make-up including waterproof mascara, to leave the skin soft and hydrated.
Calcium- and Magnesium-rich Hungarian Moor mud detoxifies and purifies, while sweet almond oil nourishes skin to leave it soft and silky.
Swiftly remove impurities and make-up with Hungarian Moor Mud, rich in calcium and magnesium.
Replenish skin to leave it soft and silky with sweet almond oil.
Lift spirits and senses with the scent of orange blossom.
Leave skin firmer, more supple and younger-looking as Hydro Mineral Transference™ delivers minerals deep into the skin.

Above: This trusty tube is always in my shower.
The *Refining Facial Polisher is divine. The exfoliating granules gently and expertly remove dead skin and dryness without irritating my sensitive skin. I keep the tube in my shower and use it 2-3 times a week for extra skincare reinforcement…the resulting glow is undeniable.
Enriched with marine micro-algae, this Refining Facial Polisher refines texture, and brightens tone, while natural pumice exfoliates dead skin cells, smoothing the epidermis and helping regenerate the skin.
Cleanse and purify with Hungarian Moor Mud, rich in calcium and magnesium.
Lactobionic and Exotic Fruit acids refine the complexion without irritating the skin.
Exotic Fruit Extracts plump while reinforcing the skin barrier to improve firmness and tone.
Pumice (or lava stone) slough off dead skin cells and accelerate cell turnover.
Micro-algae improve fibroblasts health by eliminating oxidised proteins and improve radiance.
Purifies the skin with Cooper Gluconate, which acts as an astringent and regulator of sebum production.
Leave skin firmer, more supple and younger-looking as Hydro Mineral Transference™ delivers minerals deep into the skin.
Above: A swatch of the Refining Facial Polisher on the skin…isn’t the green hue dreamy?
Above: Masking with Omorovicza can be a glamorous experience.
Above: Like a “skin reset,” this mask rights the wrongdoings of my pores.
The *Deep Cleansing Mask is a weekly indulgence for me. The mud is plush and cooling on the skin and it dries down to a comfortable glaze, with little to no flaking or fallout. After 20 minutes, I rinse with warm water and am consistently stunned by how soft, bright and smooth my skin is…it truly contributes to a healthy complexion!
Much more than a deep-cleansing treatment, this calcium and magnesium-rich mask clears congested pores and brightens tone as it draws out impurities. Moor mud purifies the skin without leaving it taut.
Deeply cleanse and nourish the skin with Hungarian Moor mud, rich in calcium and magnesium carbonate.
Draw out toxins and impurities while naturally absorbing pore-clogging oil with white clay.
Leave skin firmer, more supple and younger-looking as Hydro Mineral Transference™ delivers minerals deep into the skin.

As an update, Jethro is definitely on the mend…his pain seems to be subsiding and, although he is still in recovery, we are feeling positive about the direction in which he is heading. Thanks again for all of your supportive words; in light of the inherent craziness of this week, I am still working my way through comments and emails ; )
xx…I hope the rest of your weekend is marvelous!

Skincare posts are so underrated! Seriously, this entry makes me want to try an at-home mini spa day with the Omorovica products you've shown here. Hopefully my local Neiman Marcus still has some I can take home for samples first – I'd like to patch test to avoid allergic reactions.
Are you planning on doing any future posts on HG sunscreens any time soon?
P.S. – glad to know Jethro is healing. Hope all is well 🙂
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I just placed my order for the deep cleansing mask, the resurfacing peel, and the complexion corrector. I already have the cleansing balm(love how it makes my skin feel), the gold eye cream, and the balancing moisturizer. Their products just make my skin feel good and healthy. I still want more, but I did manage to use some restraint. 🙂
Happy Sunday!
Jaimie
My pleasure, Jaimie!! That makes me so happy…congrats on your new products (now on their way!). I agree, the Omorovicza line has an unprecedented ability to make my skin feel healthy.
Thank you! It is a Kevyn Aucoin lip liner and lipstick combination (also featured/swatched in my recent Valentine's gift guide post) that you can find in my "shop the post" section in this post!
Love this post! Wish I hadn't recently purchased the SkinCeuticals mud mask- it cleans pores without being drying, but I do not get wonderful glowing skin like I did with the allegedly skin damaging original GlamGlow mask. Anyone know why that stuff works yet isn't supposed to be good for your skin!?! I've always been tempted by Omorovicza's line, particularly their BB cream, so maybe with the discount I can take the plunge.
I am so glad your dog is doing better. I have two cats with chronic conditions, one deadly (cancer), and it is extraordinarily difficult caring for ill, injured and post-op pets. Our fur babies are part of our families and we love them to bits, and I am so grateful for the great vet specialty care with wonderful caring people (I'm sure you have experienced this) that is available now adays. Jethro, hope your fluffy furry self gets better soon!
Thank you! Wow…I haven't heard the negative press on the GlamGlow mask so I cannot weigh in : (
I can, however, rave about the wonderful ingredients and performance of the Omorovicza line…and I have wildly sensitive skin!
Thanks for your kind words about Jehro…despite it being a gut-wrenching week, we are so thankful that he is now on the mend. Our animals are special parts of our family, indeed!
I don't recall the details, but the GlamGlow concern is from dermatology sources. While the clay and green tea are great, there are several quite irritating ingredients (pumice? ivy?). I apply a thin layer with a foundation brush and remove it without the exfoliating massage step; my skin looks fantastic! Unless you are getting a chemical peel I doubt it is a good idea to apply something that stings (indicating irritation). I love the smell, don't mind the tingle, but I don't get the impression it is that great for you skin. Would have to do some research again to ID the offending ingredients. The Omorovicza clay products, on the other hand, seem fantastic! And just so you know, I am always trying to learn about good skincare ingredients and formulations. For a while I was concerned about isopropyl alcohol, but it seems it can be irritating and not much more.
Okay, so a brief search shows Paula Begoun as a major disliker of the GlamGlow Tingle Mud product, and she is *not* the holy bible when it comes to skin care. If I find out anything useful I will let you know, but for now onward and upward with Omorovicza! I was in Budapest in 2011 and didn't get to try either Omorovicza (were they selling it yet) or Eminence Organics. The baths and thermal waters there are wonderful and they make great sweet white (honey in color) that one of their old royalty called nectar of the gods! I've been meaning to try this line for a while and now with your generous discount I can do so w no guilt! I love your blog, and in particularly like the foundation, powder, cheek and lip product reviews. I started using Ko Gen Do spa water thanks to you, and so far I've found it superior to both Bioderma and Boots. Looking forward to all your new and lovely posts. You're the best!
Thanks for the details! I think you'll be very pleased with the gentle, soothing, yet extremely effective nature of the Omorovicza and am so excited that you'll be able take advantage of the discount!
Much appreciation for your kind words about my blog…thank YOU for the support.
Thanks for the review and especially for the discount code. I have finally decided to order the Complexion Corrector with the code today. I love all the products I have tried so far because they work just great and deliver great results – even on man's skin. The Queen of Hungary mist is a must have, the cleansing foam – so gentle but so efficient and the night cream is probably the best. Illuminating moisturizer is my everyday moisturizer – finally the one correct for my skin type. What I am still missing is the ideal SPF product. Hope the CC cream is going to be great and hope to try the new Mineral UV soon too.
