Sephora has been a veritable wonderland for me for years; I have a plethroa of fond memories of stepping into the black and white jewel box, ready to explore a seemingly endless array of beauty and skincare for hours on end. Even though my current daily life is drenched in products, I still get giddy every time I walk into a Sephora…there’s just something about the glossy aisles brimming with new releases and trusted favorites that make my head spin. Today, I am excited to share 12 Sephora in the beauty and skincare realm…I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Kindly scroll on for the full top 12 list and images of the products in action as well as the Bottom Line…
SKINCARE + FRAGRANCE:
(1) *Kate Somerville DermalQuench Liquid Lift + Retinol (reviewed HERE): Serious skincare in a single product, this innovative treatment relies on retinol to target fine lines and uneven skin; it hydrates, refines, brightens and clarifies for the smoothest skin imaginable upon waking.
(2) *Masion Margiela Replica Lipstick On (reviewed HERE): A beauty lover’s dream, this soft, sweet, slightly powdery fragrance is all at once nostalgic and chic…now lipstick can be worn in two ways.
(3) *SK-II Mid-Day Essence (reviewed HERE): This potent, Pitera-packed spray is purse-sized and designed to refresh skin on the go. During my long lecturing days, some of which run from 7 AM to nearly 10 PM, I heavily rely upon this skin savior to revitalize my canvas!
BASE + FACE:
(4) Koh Gen Do Maifanshi Aqua Foundation #123 (reviewed HERE and HERE): Remarkably weightless yet possessing significant buildable coverage, this foundation has been a cult favorite in the beauty crowd for years. Upon application, the face looks perfected, glowing and entirely natural…just like really good skin.
(5) Sephora Radiant Luminizing Drops in 03 Morning Light: This diminutive bottle houses a gloriously incandescent formula that lends a dewy look to cheekbones, temples and the bridge of the nose. Morning Light is a champagne beige that looks incredible on light-medium skin tones.
(6) *Hourglass Ambient Lighting Strobe Powder in Euphoric (reviewed HERE and HERE): Finely-milled and gossamer light, this newest release from Hourglass comes in four skin-flattering shades that adds a nearly imperceptible light to the face. Sweep it along the high points of the face for an absolutely ethereal glow.
Swatches face and base products in direct sunlight…get glowing!
ALL ABOUT EYES:
(7) *Surratt Beauty Relevee Lash Curler (reviewed HERE): This lash curler has won a spectrum of awards because it is truly the best on the market; wide awake eyes are truly one press away. With Japanese craftsmanship and a gentle mechanism that is kind to delicate lashes, there’s a reason why it is often sold out!
(8) Viseart Sultry Muse Eyeshadow Palette (reviewed HERE): Brimming over with warm neutral eyeshadow shades, this palette boasts an undeniably buttery texture and stunning color payoff. As demonstrated by its “well-loved” appearance in the images above and below, I grab for this particular gem constantly.
(9) *Surratt Beauty Prismatique Eyes (shown in Style Eyes…all shades reviewed HERE): A genius eye color twin-set of sorts, this fresh release from the venerable Surratt Beauty line has a lush cream shadow (which works well as a pigmented base) on top and a coordinating, ultra luminous powder shadow on the bottom for radiant eyes that last the entire day without creasing or fading. Simply brilliant.
(10) Christian Louboutin Lip Definer in Nats (reviewed HERE and HERE): This opulent, self-sharpening work of art features a pigmented, velvety formula that precisely lines lips; Nats is a gorgeous nude pink that effortlessly works with every single lip color I own.
(11) Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro #507 Boudoir (formula reviewed HERE): A revolutionary liquid lip color with a pearl finish and hydrating stain effect, Boudoir is a satiny pink for a fresh take on traditional nude lips.
