Powder and Brush
Up first is the By Terry *Compact Expert Dual Powder. Available in eight shades (the exact match for my NC 27 skin is 04 Beige Nude) and beautifully complimented by the ultra soft and fluffy *Expert Retractable Kabuki Brush, this finely milled powder is the visual centerpiece of the By Terry Expert range. The outer ring features a creamy and pigmented powder that offers buildable, light to medium coverage. The center of the streamlined compact is a radiant powder in a coordinating lighter shade that instantly brightens the face.
Applied separately, one achieves great coverage while illuminating the high points of the face; when swirled together, however, a magnificent blurring, perfecting and finishing powder is born, paring well with any existing base while delivering new life to the face in seconds.

Stylo-Expert, Rouge Expert Click Stick, and More
Also new in the By Terry Expert range is the versatile *Stylo-Expert, a highly pigmented foundation/concealer stick (be still my heart!), and a few fresh shades in the *Rouge Expert Click Stick lip color formula.
All it takes is but a single swipe to ascertain that the *Stylo-Expert possesses masterful color payoff. Created to diminish in perfections (as a spot concealer), banish unevenness (as a targeted foundation) and keep skin looking fresh all day (as a touch up formula), the customizable nature of *Stylo-Expert will find favor with both those eschew traditional base and who love foundation (as I do).
The formula is extremely smooth and easy to blend and since it has such fantastic color payoff, a little goes a long way. The *Stylo-Expert comes in twelve shades and I have swatched four for you below. My best match is 4.5 Soft Beige, which works as a strategic foundation while still being light enough to serves as a concealer. Although I am focused on using the Stylo-Expert as a base product, one could also certainly experiment with using the darker and lighter shades than their skin tone to contour and highlight to their hearts content…the colors blend and layer with ease, making them a new complexion essential.
Shades
In terms of lips, it appears that there are five new shades of the *Rouge Expert Click Stick (formula previously extensively reviewed HERE) and I received two–the rosy brown nude #28 Pecan Nude and cool pale matte purple #29 Orchid Glaze–which I tested and swatched below. The *Rouge Expert Click Stick formula is buttery smooth with a sueded matte finish that impressively imparts moisture and a multidimensional texture that makes lips look full and lush. Both hues are have a singular appeal (I haven’t a dupe for either in my current lip color collection) while remaining indubitably apropos and wildly wearable for fall. I can’t wait to see the other three shades in the coming days!

*Eve Lom Gel Balm Cleanser
I’ve been experimenting with this cleanser for the last couple of weeks and find it to be a delightful update to the original Eve Lom cult favorite cleansing balm. Much lighter in texture yet every bit as effective as the original, it removes every last trace of makeup while leaving my skin feeling comfortably balanced and, of course, inordinately clean.
Oribe Shine Light Reflecting Spray (also reviewed HERE)
I reach for this shine-inducing formula nearly every single week because it endows hair with a luminous shine without weighting it down…oh, and as per the usual with Oribe products, it smells absolutely divine.
*Smith & Cult Fosse Fingers
A radiant warm rose nude, this polish–which feels like a fresh update to traditional nude hues–will surely flatter a spectrum of skin tones.

Kevyn Aucoin The Neo-Bronzer in Siena (also available at Neiman Marcus)
I recently picked this up on a whim and am so glad I did! The ombre powder yields a deep neutral tan bronzer, a creamy coral blush and a delicate champagne highlighter to sculpt a full face in seconds. I like mixing the highlighter and blush together for an ethereal glow and have also determined that the powders perform just as well on the eyes (see below). The effect was buildable and completely resistant to creasing thereby doubling the utilitarian value of this palette!
*Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara
Although there are hundreds of positive reviews online, I was a little late to the game with Monsieur Big; that being said, the ultra black formula creates long and voluminous lashes in two coats and the formula doesn’t smear or flake, even in humidity. I am in love.
*Smith & Cult The Shining Lip Lacquer in Milk for Hunny
Worn in the third batch of images at the end of this post, this latest Smith & Cult lipgloss shade (non-sticky! long wearing!) is an opaque warm beige with enough color to do very good things for the face; it effortlessly creates a juicy nude lip look that works well with warm neutral tones.

First off all, I love your blog! Absolutely amazing.
I had a question about the colours from the foundations. I recently bought the By Terry Denseliss foundation in 2 and it's a tiny bit to light for me and not quite yellow enough. I have a light skintone with yellow olive undertones. I ordered the By Terry Cover Expert in shade 7 and that is a bit too dark. I think I'm 3 in Cover Expert and 4 in Denseliss. However I really want the concealer/foundation stylo, I think I'm shade 2, because 3 and 4 looks quit pink in undertone. Also I'd love to know what you think of the Denseliss concealer and my shade, I think 3?

Do you have a recommendation for another foundaiton for light yellow/olive skin, I find it very hard to find a good match, because most light foundations are very neutral still, even if they say they are yellow undertone. I love a medium glowy foundation, because my skin is quite dehydrated.

Marvelous post! I love the new Lancome mascara, Monsieur Big. I am very impressed with the rich black color. Also, as you have pointed out, there is no flaking, smearing or smudging.
