Today, I am excited to share a swatch-laden overview of the brilliantly beautiful *Tom Ford Extreme Eye Shadows (also available at Bergdorf Goodman) and *Lash & Brow Tint as well as the new *Jouer High Pigment Pearl Lipgloss and a recent discovery from Rodin Olio Lusso. The recent sunlit skies gave me the perfect setting to illustrate these shades of the season, enabling true-to-life color captures and excitement for the warm months ahead!

First Look & Available TODAY: The Tom Ford Extreme Collection and Jouer High Pigment Pearl Lipgloss with Swatches Galore
The spectrum of shades and finishes in the *Tom Ford Extreme Eye Shadows lineup is simply spectacular. Housed in sleek chrome packaging, the singles (no need to tote around bulky palettes!) allow for a seemingly endless combinations in bold-yet-wearble hues that catch the light and, subsequently, brighten the face. Boasting strong pigmentation and impressive color payoff, the finely milled eye shadow applies smoothly and resists creasing, even after hours of wear.
Most of the shades possess a luxe satin finish that simply makes eyes glow and a few of the shades (specifically TFx15-TFx20) are distinguished by a color-saturated glitter finish that creates a vibrant “wet look” effect of which I cannot get enough.
Even if you are not a particular fan of more editorial colors, I think you will find that there are plenty of options in the *Tom Ford Extreme Collection suitable for a more muted outcome. I wore the combination shown at the end of this post to work yesterday and it worked well for a professional daytime look.
All in all, I am beyond smitten with the *Tom Ford Extreme Collection and can’t wait to put every shade on my eyes in one capacity or another!

Tom Ford Extreme Collection – Lash & Brow Tint
Next, the Tom Ford Extreme Collection also includes a *Lash & Brow Tint in four shades that introduce a playful spirt to traditional lash and brow maintenance. The color-drenched formulas can worn alone or applied atop traditional mascara for a veil of unexpected color and enhanced volume; additionally, the tints can be swept through hair for a unique take on highlights.
I love the way the Magenta shade enhances the color of green eyes and am having fun with the luminous copper to highlight in a pinch.

Finally, the *Jouer High Pigment Pearl Lipgloss (also available at Cult Beauty) features a range of seven luminous shades that pack the potency of a liquid lip while reflecting the incandescence of a pearl-meets-metallic gloss. It’s pigmented enough to be worn on its own but also delivers new life and dimension to existing lip color.
Lightweight and surprisingly non-sticky, this formula has a hue for every complexion…as a pink and nude lip lover, I am particularly drawn to the peachy Maui and baby pink Ibiza but the lush neutral Seychelles is stunning and I can’t wait to wear Riviera in a bold moment!

In the look below, I swept on a coat of the new *Rodin Lipstick in Heavenly Hopp, which has been on heavy rotation since receiving late last month. I’ve long been a fan of the Rodin lipstick formula and its exemplary ingredients (take a peek at this review for more) and this fresh shade addition is the my-lips-but-better nude (not too light, not too dark) for which I’ve been waiting. Creamy and hydrating, it has medium to full coverage in a single swipe and lasts 3-4 hours before needing a touch up. It’s beautifully easy lips in a tube…more on the other new Rodin hues forthcoming!

Applied strategically along with the Flawless Filter, this has constituted my foundation as of late. It’s a major departure for me but I love the glowy, even and lasting finish.
Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter #4 (reviewed HERE):
I am so impressed with this multi-tasking formula as it makes skin look dewy, bouncy and fresh…I apply nearly everywhere, buff out concealer to create an even canvas and then add a bit more on the high points of my face. It must be tried to be believed!
*Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer in Luminous Bronze Light (reviewed HERE):
I focused application on the hollows of my cheeks and perimeters of my face for warmth and gentle sculpting.
*Sisley-Paris Phyto-Kohl Star Waterproof Eyeliners
It is in Sparkling Black, swept along my lower waterline for additional emphasis. This formula does not budge, by the way.

My love affair with this formula is still going strong…my lashes look the best that they ever have with mascara…well worth the pursuit!

- Frame Denim Le Original jeans: I have four pairs of these jeans and they are, dare I say it, my favorite cut…not too tight, not too loose with a medium to high rise waist that works well with more streamlined tops.
