The moment is finally here…I am over the moon to announce that my lipstick collaboration with Christian Audette is launching this week on 11/15/18! In three colors that I created first-hand with the brand over the course of nearly six months, this limited-edition collection reflects the lip color of my dreams.
From a perfect pinky nude and fresh coral beige to a universally-flattering and gorgeous glowing pink, this triad of hues can each be worn on their own or mixed together to craft brilliant custom shades to complement a spectrum of skin tones.
The Lipstick of My Dreams: Introducing the Christian Audette x Beauty Professor Collection
I first fell in love with the Christian Audette formula earlier this year; this independent lip color brand is the epitome of specialization, perfecting the concept of luxury lipstick by combining immense color payoff with intense hydration and flawless wear (think: Tom Ford with less fragrance, no taste and even better lasting power).
Consequently, when the brand owner approached me about collaborating on a few shades, I embraced the partnership without hesitation because I believe in the formula. I have poured my heart and soul into these colors, painstakingly mixing pigments until the exact hues envisioned were achieved and the result is something about which I am terribly proud. Named after my daughter, a cinematic icon and my mom, they are exquisite on every level.
The quality ingredients (antioxidant rich, vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free) and weighty (yet not heavy) packaging collectively work together to comprise an opulent lipstick with serious performance and I hope you love the wearable shades I created as much as I do!

Johannah:
A quintessential pinky nude cream with major color payoff…named after my baby daughter, it, like she, is an integral part of my daily routine. It’s neither too light nor too dark and strikes the perfect balance of a nude look that still brightens the face. This shade is pure love and my fellow nude devotees will see how special it is the instant they apply it.
Golightly:
The exact shade of opaque peachy beige with a fresh satin finish that Audrey Hepburn (as Holly Golightly) wears in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I’ve searched high and low for this light coral hue for years…what a joy to finally be able to carefully recreate it. One coat and you’ll understand why this has been an ardent pursuit!
Elle:
A universally flattering cool baby pink with a touch of radiant luminosity. Easily applied without a mirror, sweep on one coat for a veil of color and add a second layer for resplendent medium coverage. This feminine pink has enough depth to sublimely walk the mid-pink
line…it, like its name, is a classic tone for all women and also plays homage to both my mom (her name starts with “L”) and daughter (middle name: Elle).

My daughter's home in Australia was recently robbed and her makeup and perfumes were stolen. Thank goodness she and the children were not home when it happened. She's asked me for some replacements as her Christmas gift and I can't think of a better lipstick collection than this to add to her beauty wardrobe.
