This post is dedicated to two stunningly beautiful new launches: the Jouer Fall 2016 Collection and the new Sisley-Paris Sisleÿa Le Teint Foundation. Possessing a particular weakness for lip color and foundation, you can imagine my delight in reviewing these particular releases. Also, I am excited to invite you to a Beauty Professor event taking place this Saturday 9/17 in the Los Angeles area…all the specifics are at the end of this post!

| Jouer Powder Highlighters. |
Up first, the *Jouer Powder Highlighters (also available at Jouer) are a trio of skin illuminating wonders. Although their moniker clearly designates it a powder, the formula is so finely milled that it feels almost like a cream upon application. It buffs into the skin instantly and blends like a dream for an ethereal glow that comes in three face-flattering shades:
- Citrine: Shimmering gold
- Rose Quartz: Shimmering champagne pink
- Topaz: Shimmering rose gold

Next, the *Jouer Fall 2016 Long Wear Lip Creme (also available at Jouer) features 10 new shades in what is already an impressive line up of hues (last collection reviewed HERE). The formula is truly one of the best non-drying full coverage matte options on the market; with a velvety finish that ranges from pure creamy matte to luminous metallic, lips are draped in color saturated pigmented with significant lasting power.
A few standout shades for me include the neutral Terra, pinky nude Tawny Rose, incandescent Lip Topper in Tan Lines and impossibly yet entirely wearable Dahlia…although I have swatches of all 11 of the new launches, the images at the end of this post feature a close up the four I just mentioned.

| Meet Sisleÿa Le Teint. |
Finally, *The NEW Sisleÿa Le Teint (also available Sisley-Paris) is a buildable foundation formula, brimming with a host of anti-aging skincare benefits that help to improve skin from the outside in and inside out.
Although only recently launched, I have had the luxury of experimenting with this foundation for the past couple of months and am captivated by the bouncy, nourishing texture and natural coverage of the formula. It feels weightless when applied and lasts 7-8 hours, even in warm weather…magnifique!
With a subtle herbal fragrance (that dissipates in seconds on my skin) and a customizable level of coverage (from light all the way to nearly full), this foundation is an unequivocal boon for those seeking the lastest innovations in skin perfection.

Sisleÿa Le Teint is a truly complete anti-aging fluid foundation. It provides a youthful effect make-up, instantly and throughout the day:

Its skin care formula combines many powerful anti-aging ingredients based on the latest Sisley research. Most notably, it is formulated with Persian Acacia extract, a key ingredient of Sisleÿa L’Intégral Anti-Age, for cellular energy*, a source of radiance. The skin is more luminous and even–instantly and with continued usage. Signs of fatigue are minimized. In 4 weeks, the face appears smoother and more firm. The appearance of wrinkles is diminished. To achieve a complete look, I used the following products:
- *Omorovicza Oxygen Booster: Designed to offer skin an extra dose of hydration, this formula plumps skin and reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles. It can be worn by itself or mixed into another one of your skin care steps to heighten efficacy…genius!
- *Omorovicza Instant Perfection Serum: I am entranced by this new brightening serum; a single pump delivers moisture, smoothes my pores, evens my skin tone, balances the surface, makes my skin glow and aptly prepares the visage for the makeup to come.
- *The NEW Sisleÿa Le Teint in 2.B Linen: Linen is now my perfect match as Almond is a touch dark…it seems the time has come for my summer tan to fade.
- Kat Von D Lock It Concealer Creme in Medium 25 (reviewed HERE), applied with the *Jenny Patinkin Domed Multi Blender Brush (reviewed HERE): I am loving the seamless nature of this concealer…it banishes dark circles and doesn’t fade or crease, even after a long day.
- *Chantecaille Bronzer in St. Barths (reviewed HERE): This neutral, nearly matte bronzer is a perfect tan for early fall.
- *Surratt Beauty Artistique Blushes in Cherubique and Barbe a Papa (reviewed HERE): Two of my favorite blushes ever, I focused the medium peachy pink Cherubique on the apples of my cheeks and topped it with a dash of the nearly iridescent sugar pink Barbe a Papa (a holy grail shade for me).
- *Jouer Powder Highlighter in Citrine (also available at Jouer) applied with the *Chikuhodo GSN 04 Brush (reviewed HERE): I swept this breathtaking illuminator across my upper cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose and on my Cupid’s Bow for a gossamer veil of light.
- *Sisley-Paris Phyto Eye Twist in Copper and Pearl (formula reviewed HERE): These two versatile shades glide on with ease, creating a cloak of pigmented color that stays in place for hours on end. I covered my lids with the rich mahogany Copper shade and blended the pinky beige Pearl up to the browbone.
- *Natasha Denona Blackest Black Mascara (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): Two coats creates the lushest, darkest lashes possible…this formula has just launched!
- *Jouer Long-Wear Lip Cremes in Terra, Tawny Rose and Dahlia and *Jouer Long Wear Lip Topper in Tan Lines: To demonstrate the fall lip color in action, I chose four different shades. Terra is marvelous for netural nude lovers, Tawny Rose is pinker and slightly deeper for the quintessential nude rose pout, Tan Lines is an effervescent bronze for days when an injection of shine is in order and the insanely vivid Dahlia is a showstopping fuchsia that speaks for itself.
