The Neiman Marcus Beauty Cue for December…Last Minute Gift Ideas are a Click Away!

Ahh…it’s finally the weekend…the weekend before Christmas, that is! Time for last minute shopping, hectic preparation of the house and the wrapping of all things gift-worthy.  Although I am excited for my two week break from work (blogging! Jethro time! Actually being home!), I know that there is much to do before I can officially settle in for the break.
If you are anything like me, you may be searching for some remaining gifts this weekend…in turn, I invite you to take a peek at the latest edition of the Neiman Marcus Beauty Cue, found HERE.  It’s brimming with brilliant last minute gift ideas from NM Beauty Ambassadors like myself,  just in time for the 25th!
Happy Shopping…xoxo and blog posts a-plenty coming soon,
–The Beauty Professor

Hi Rachel. I have a question for you about NM. As a NM Beauty Ambassador, can you recommend a particular NM to do business with over the phone? I have had 3 in a row very bad experiences with NM when ordering online. So bad in fact, that I called them and asked them to remove me from all of their mailings. However, they do carry some brands I would like to have but I just cannot and will not shop online from them anymore. And their customer service people (when you can actually get one on the phone) are snotty and rude. Surely, there has to be a NM out there somewhere in SoCal that one can do business with in a pleasant manner. Thanks in advance!

      Hello Deb,

Thanks for your question. First off, so sorry to hear that you've had some unpleasant Neiman Marcus experiences…not good! I have had excellent over the phone shopping encounters at both the Fashion Island and Beverly Hills locations and I like to work with the same sales associates when I do call because I know them personally and they are wonderful people!

At Fashion Island, I completely recommend Kimmie Nguyen at the Kanebo Sensai counter (949) 759-1900 Ext. 2121, Jenessey at the Tom Ford counter and Angel at the Le Metier de Beaute counter (though all three can help you with any lines, I'm sure).

At Beverly Hills, I wholeheartedly recommend both Scott Reyes (310) 550-5900 Ext. 2087 and Mishel Brown at the Le Metier de Beaute counter and Jamie Keller at the Edward Bess counter.

Like I already mentioned, I've done plenty of business both over the phone and in person with each of them and it's always been a delightful experience. They know their lines inside and out and are happy to help!

If you think of it, let them know that the Beauty Professor sent you…I truly hope this helps.

xoxo, do keep me posted and Merry Christmas!

My pleasure, Deb! Also, if you are interested in clothes, then I highly suggest calling Julie Palmer (at the CUSP department at NM Fashion Island)…you can text her directly regarding product/size inquiries at: (949) 423-4929. She's absolutely delightful!

xoxo and hope your Christmas was wonderful!
