Le Metier de Beaute Hydra Creme Lip Color in Cardinale…LE Loveliness

Above: Le Metier de Beaute Hydra Creme Matte Lipstick in Cardinale.
Le Metier de Beaute released its stellar Hydra Creme Lipstick formula (reviewed HERE) late last year and the new LE Matte version made its debut mere weeks ago.  I have already shared the natural peachy-pink beauty of Amore in a recent video (found HERE) and now am excited to feature  Cardinale, a bold, velvet red with cool leanings.  Unscented, long lasting, endlessly moisturizing (especially for a matte formula!) and exceptionally smooth, wearing Cardinale is a lovely experience.
Kindly scroll on for a pictorial devoted to Cardinale, as well as the Bottom Line…
Above: This swatch reveals the extreme opacity of Cardinale.  It is velvety and light on the lips while providing full coverage in a single coat!
Above: The cool, almost fuchsia tones in Cardinale enhance the whiteness of one’s teeth.

Above: Cardinale in outdoor lighting.
Above: Cardinale indoors.
Above: Cardinale, resplendent by a window.
Above: Cardinale makes me smile ; )
Bottom Line: I have made no secret of my love of nude, pink and peach lip color; however, once in a while, a bright pop of color is a welcome departure from the status quo.  One simply cannot go wrong with the Le Metier de Beaute Hydra Creme Matte formula…however, since the matte shades are limited edition, I suggest that red lip lovers snap up Cardinale while they still can!  Up next…reviews of eye makeup from By Terry, Chanel, Surratt Beauty, my solutions for dry winter skin, some haircare discoveries, my latest Lime Crime acquisition and, of course, a video or two ; )
xx,

Oh my goodness, that lip color is beautiful, but your skin is stealing the show! Your skin looks absolutely phenomenal and flawless; may I ask what base makeup you're wearing? Thanks!

Love the last photo you looks so happy
The colour really suits you, it is beautiful!
I like that it still has that pinkish look to it and yes it does make ones teeth appear whiter.

When do you return to work?
My 2 boys have 2 weeks left of school holidays then it will return to morning madness.

    Take care and talk soon

      Hello Makeupremastered!

Thank you ever so much…my skin is the culmination of a bit of rest (for once!) coupled with NUDE ProGenius Oil, Le Metier de Beaute Peau Vierge and my trusty Kanebo Sensai Cellular Performance Cream Foundation…buffed in with a damp Beauty Blender. I will take your advice and try and embrace the brights more often…xoxo!

      Have a lovely weekend,
