3 Beauty Discoveries at Anthropologie

Above: Beauty from Anthropologie.
Happy Monday, dear readers.  If you are anything like me, then waking up on a Monday morning– ready to face the week ahead–can feel like an arduous task indeed.  The alarm goes off and I am desperate to stay in the warm and inviting cocoon that is my bed.
To valiantly combat the Monday morning blues (is that indeed a thing?), I am excited to share three discoveries from Anthropologie…petite yet potent, this triad of products represents but a small portion of the recently-expanded array of beauty options at Anthro
Kindly scroll on for more details and images as well as the Bottom Line…
Above: The Albeit Lip Scrub = super smooth lips.
(1) *Albeit Lip Scrub: As one who battles dry lips, I am always in pursuit of new ways to care for my pout.  This lip scrub, exclusive to Anthropologie, utilizes lush botanical oils and sugar crystals to gently buff away dead skin, leaving incredibly smooth and hydrated skin in its wake.  I couldn’t get over how soft and healthy my lips looked after one application!
Above: This lash comb is the thing you need that you never knew you needed.
(2) *Tweezerman Folding Lash Comb: I am endlessly intrigued by beauty gadgetry and this lovely little folding lash comb is all sorts of diminutive genius.  Pocketsized and pink, it features a thin golden comb for effectively removing clumps from one’s lashes.  One pass through fringe with freshly applied mascara and my lashes are fanned and full for a naturally pretty result; no telltale clumps in sight! Truly a makeup bag staple.

Above: Olio e Osso Balm for hair, skin and lips.
(3) *Olio e Osso Balm No.2: This twist up wonder, which relies upon bees wax, olive oil, shea butter and grapefruit essential oil, may impressivly boast less than ten ingredients but somehow manages to be one of the most versatile products on the market.  Intensely hydrating and subtly shiny, No.2 French Melon is an ultra-sheer pinky coral that brightens lips, smoothes flyaways and lends a stunning sheen to cheekbones.  It can also be rubbed into cuticles for additional moisture and works wonders to groom brows, ameliorate dry patches and even repair split ends.  Brilliant!

Bottom Line: I hoped you enjoyed this glimpse into Anthropologie beauty…the Albeit Lip ScrubTweezerman Folding Lash Comb and Olio e Osso Balm No.2 are marvelous discoveries that serve to be unique (rather than redundant) additions to my menagerie of beauty products.
What catches YOUR eye in the Anthropologie beauty category?  Do tell.
Good things ahead, including a skincare update, a green beauty feature and a host of Fall 2015 beauty collection newness…can’t wait to share!
May your Monday be kind…xx,
