Video: A Major Life Update + A Full Face of Products I’ve Bought and Repurchased (No PR Samples Whatsoever)

Product purchases and rebuys on my face.
I am beyond excited to share a video featuring major life update with you…the last two months of summer have been incredible to say the least!

Also, I’m discussing favorite products (worn on my face in the video) that I’ve purchased and/or repurchased. In other words, no press samples whatsoever!

Kindly scroll on for the video, product swatches and images of the products in action as well as the Bottom Line…

// Products Discussed (with links to their respective reviews on BP) //

Swatches of base, face and eyes in natural indoor lighting.
Swatches of the lip products in natural indoor lighting.
Style notes…Nike Air Max 270s.

// STYLE NOTES //

  • Black Top and here’s another similar one: Timeless, classic and perfect for the seasonal transition ahead.
  • Gold hoops: Always and unmitigatedly on my ears.
  • Nike Air Max 270s: I couldn’t get these into the video (one of the downsides of being a one-person video crew) but I was wearing them while filming and am over the moon for the chic color combination and how comfortable they are. Oh, and they’re currently on sale at Nordstrom!

Bottom Line:

Thanks so much for watching this video! I hope you enjoyed everything shared and I welcome your questions and comments as well as content requests for upcoming videos!

Good things ahead, including a host of new product procurements, my most used newborn products and a few upcoming BP beauty event announcements.
Also, if you happen to be in Southern CA this weekend, please consider swinging by the Seal Beach Arts and Crafts Festival. The event, held at The Pier at the intersection of Ocean and Main is completely free and my brother Seth will have a booth (Space 49–right side of the pier when facing the ocean) showcasing his latest handcrafted leather goods (handbags, wallets, makeup pouches and backpacks…here’s a glimpse at my most recent bag from him HERE). The festival runs Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 9-5 and I’ll be there helping! Let me know if I should keep an eye out for you and hope to see you there.

xx and more soon,

Ah, you are so luminous and cute! Happiness from motherhood becomes you!
The Surrat brushes, and truly, his entire line, are stellar. Kevin would be proud of Troy, I think.
Pat McGrath has created the loveliest of glosses, hasn't she? I bought several shades at the launch.
    I have a question, Rachel:
How did you move all of your makeup? I am preparing to leave NYC and go bask in the tree-rich Pacific Northwest. AHHHH.
Should I leave everything in their respective Muji drawers, heavily padded and sealed, bubble-wrapped, then boxed? Help me, please!
    Thanks, and blessings.
